ZOLLERN bar takes alot to beat. Induction hardened they can be chrome plated. ZOLLERN's own chroming facilities make this difficult tasks easier, safer, faster. Continuous chrome plating opens up a new chapter in surface quality.

Machining-ready for final assembly

We offer axial and radial bores in hardened surfaces, flexible yet exact distances and alignments in shafts and flat bars. Two bars can be machined side-by-side up to 8 m length. New technologies are also applied in conjunction with aligning eccenter shafts, superfinished spars and longitudinal grooves in all kinds of profiles. These are the special tasks which customers know in good hands with ZOLLERN.
